A rich and transversal journey
An engineer by training (INSA) with an MBA from HEC, Christophe began his career at Exxon in the chemicals sector. Production, marketing, management control, quality... he quickly acquired a cross-functional vision of how companies operate, both in France and internationally.
He then continued his career in various industries – industrial laundries, mineral extraction – as a Profit Center Director.
But it was at the turn of the 2000s that he specialized in an area that would become his trademark: the transformation of struggling industrial companies.
In the pharmaceutical sector in particular, he led several financial, commercial and industrial recovery missions. In 2015, he took over the management of an international subsidiary of a pharmaceutical group: production capacity multiplied by 4, turnover tripled in 5 years. A success that confirms his expertise in global transformation.
