Verified & experienced profiles
We carry out a rigorous selection of our Transition Managers.
With at least 15 years of experience , they must be able to quickly make an impact on the missions entrusted to them.
Tests may be carried out to verify the suitability between profiles and missions.
DURING
Mentor for each Interim Manager
An experienced mentor, with a complementary profile, is assigned to each Interim Manager, and will be in constant contact with him/her throughout the assignment.
The mentor's role will be to help him/her through the various phases of the assignment, by asking questions and listening, and to ensure that the assignment runs smoothly.

Results Report
Formalizing a monthly report with you, to ensure the return on investment expected by the mission:
